The use of Dauphin Telecom's mobile offers for permanent roaming is prohibited, as roaming services are reserved solely for occasional trips. In particular, exclusive or majority presence or use outside the local area (Saint-Martin/Saint-Barthélemy) for a period of 4 months is considered to be improper. Outside the local area, communications (voice and data) are charged at the current roaming rates).

Termination Condition:
Each of the Parties may at any time terminate for convenience all or part of a Subscription Contract by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to Dauphin Telecom: 12, rue de la République, Marigot 97150 Saint-Martin or Rue Oscar II, Gustavia 97133 Saint-Barthélemy. This notice is of ten (10) days as from the reception by DAUPHIN TELECOM of the Customer's cancellation request. In case of cancellation by the Customer before the end of the commitment, fees will be charged by DAUPHIN TELECOM to the Customer except if the cancellation is motivated by a breach of duty by DAUPHIN TELECOM and except for legitimate reasons. These fees are equivalent to 80% of the remaining sums due until the first 12 months then 25% of the amount of the subscriptions remaining until the end of the commitment.
